Beach Construction Notice:
The City of Norfolk will begin a sand replacement project on Toler Place and Willoughby Beach (from 11th View St to the terminal groin) in response to significant erosion from recent high tides. Work will take place Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, beginning in late May 2025 and continuing through late July 2025. You will have to use the beach from 11th Bay and down to enjoy the beach.
Please be aware that the impacted section of the beach will be closed during work hours but will reopen in the evenings and on weekends. Alternate access to the beach is available via 11th View St and other nearby entry points.

Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet-friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. Pet fees are usually included in the booking, but if not, you’ll be invoiced the pet fee. When my friends and I arrived at the apartment, we had discovered that someone else was currently staying there. I called sojourn and they were quickly able to relocate us somewhere not too far from the first location, and they also upgraded us giving us an extra bedroom and an ocean front view. The second location was clean and tidy, and they provided us with snacks and water. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and I would definitely book with sojourn again. Stephanie
