Enjoy direct access to the sandy shores and breathtaking ocean views directly from your private balcony and doorstep. Spend your days sunbathing, beachcombing, or taking refreshing walks along the coastline. This beach escape provides an ideal setting for a family vacation, a romantic getaway, or a gathering of friends looking to enjoy the beauty of the coast. Whether you're looking for a year-round residence or a seasonal getaway, this Sojourn offers a relaxing coastal lifestyle that captures the essence of waterfront living while remaining connected to the heart of Norfolk's vibrant city life. The space Beach Construction Notice: The City of Norfolk will begin a sand replacement project on Toler Place and Willoughby Beach (from 11th View St to the terminal groin) in response to significant erosion from recent high tides. Work will take place Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, beginning in late May 2025 and continuing through late July 2025. You will have to use the beach from 11th Bay and down to enjoy the beach. Please be aware that the impacted section of the beach will be closed during work hours but will reopen in the evenings and on weekends. Alternate access to the beach is available via 11th View St and other nearby entry points. The property features three bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. Wake up to the sound of the waves in the morning, and drift off to sleep to the soothing sounds of the ocean at night. The interior boasts spacious living areas, including a welcoming living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a dining area. Enjoy outdoor living with a private deck that's perfect for watching the sunrise and admiring the sunset over the water. This beach escape is equipped with modern amenities, including high-speed internet, flat-screen TVs, and a well-appointed kitchen with all the necessary appliances. Beach chairs are available. Guest access This is a private apartment in a duplex. Guests receive unique codes 8 hours before arrival. Pet Policy Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per pet per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. - 2025-04-27T20:19:09Z · 5/5: When my friends and I arrived at the apartment, we had discovered that someone else was currently staying there. I called sojourn and they were quickly able to relocate us somewhere not too far from the first location, and they also upgraded us giving us an extra bedroom and an ocean front view. The second location was clean and tidy, and they provided us with snacks and water. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and I would definitely book with sojourn again.
