Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per pet per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

Ideal location for exploring DC, with metro links right at the bottom of the street. The place is lovely, clean, and has a very homely feel. There was some noise from the upstairs neighbours, which is expected in a basement flat. The layout is slightly unusual, with the bathroom in the main bedroom, but didn’t impact our stay. Would defo recommended if you’re looking to be central to DC. This is my second stay in this unit and would definitely stay here again. The location cannot be beat...the METRO Station is literally steps away, the Capitol Hill Visitor Center a 10 minute walk, and there are great Cafes around the corner on Second St SE! great place to stay! they were super communicative and it made for an easy stay. This apartment is extremely well located for visiting DC's museums. Right next to Capitol Hill, it takes you 20 mins to get to any of the major museums by walking, while there are plenty of bar and restaurant options a short walk away on Pennsylvania Ave. SE. The only thing to note is that this property has one bathroom, and it is within the master bedroom. It was no problem for me and the friend I was sharing with, but worth noting. However, the list of great amenities and the cleanliness makes this a top pick!
