After booking your stay with us, we kindly ask our guests to complete a rental agreement. When signing the rental agreement, you are agreeing to share this agreement and the house rules with all parties that will be on the property during your stay. This rental agreement applies to "everyone" staying or visiting the property. If you are booking on Airbnb, you will receive a link to the rental agreement in the Airbnb app.
★ TRUST & SAFETY FEE ★
Our company applies a single, nonrefundable fee for a Safely Protection Policy. We do not collect a security deposit. A Safely Protection Policy (short-term rental insurance) ensures that the guest, the home and its contents are protected during the stay.
★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★
Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.
★ POOLS & HOT TUBS ★
The pool and hot are open seasonally from May 15-October 15.
★ PET FRIENDLY ★
Dogs are welcome at this home for a pet fee of $100 per dog. (2 dogs MAX)
★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside of the home. If you smoke outside the home, please clean up after.
★ SECURITY CAMERAS ★
All of our homes have exterior security cameras for the safety and security of our guests. Exterior cameras are pointed at areas of ingress and egress from the home.
★ NO THIRD PARTY BOOKINGS ★
For the safety and tranquility of our guests and neighbors, we strictly prohibit third-party bookings. The person making the reservation must be the one staying at the property.
★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its condition for future guests and your return visits. We do not accept reservations from individuals under the age of 25, especially for high school or college parties.

muy bonita casa para pasar unos dias agradables todo muy limpio y ordenado la cocina tenía todo lo necesario para cocinar la piscina y el hot tub funciona bien ,la recomiendo al 100%100 Due to Hurricane Erin we had to evacuate our original Airbnb in Avon. We lucked into this house when we left. It was exactly as pictured and in a good location. We were notified early that we could check in. We really appreciated the responsiveness through what started as a hectic vacation. Thank you and we will keep you in mind for future trips! Our stay at this house was great. We had plenty of space for our family and a great kitchen area. The grill, pool and hot tub area was a hit for us. The walk to the beach was conveniently located. The entire neighborhood was dog friendly and clean. There was also a community pool. Everything was perfect including our Host LeAnne. The home was just as described and more spacious than I expected. Clean, bright and well stocked with the essentials.. <br/>There are a lot of steps, super helpful for burning vacation calories 😉 The pool was a hit with everyone especially my 6yr old. Location was central to all Corolla has to offer. The walk to the beach wasn’t bad for most of the family but not super easy if you need to drive. Only 2 streets that cross all the way over to beach road. <br/>That was the only inconvenience but I knew the distance would be challenging for my mother and mother in law.
