Description
This fully furnished studio suite, named the Victorian Room, is located on the 1st floor of a Victorian Brownstone in Dupont Circle. Property Access & Maintenance
From time to time, our homes may require preventative or emergency maintenance or during long term stays, a showing to prospective tenants. While we make every effort to avoid any interruptions to your stay, Sojourn reserves the right to access the property after providing 24 hours’ written notice. Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.
Baby Gear (Optional Add-On)
Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item.
Parking Information
Driving to your Sojourn? Please inquire with the Sojourn team to make a parking reservation to ensure your arrival is seamless and stress-free. Sojourn and the property owner are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or injury involving your vehicle or its contents. Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

The fireplace is a charming decorative feature, meant to add ambiance rather than be used.
Accessibility
Guests with mobility issues should know that the staircase is steep and narrow and that the rim of the bathtub is thigh-high. Also, if you have issues with noise or ambient light at night, pack earplugs and an eye mask - it's shared space, and the hallway light peeks in over the transom.

The place is accessible and the host is very friendly and responsive. La estadía fue excelente, el alojamiento, la ubicación y entorno son muy recomendables, pasear por el barrio ya es una atracción turística por si misma. La calidez y atención de Soujourn, la habitación y su decoración y la <br/>cercanía de la estación Dupont Circle y a lugares emblemáticos de Washington DC a los que pudimos acceder caminando hacen que sin dudas los recomiende a otros viajeros y vuelva a elegirlos! I had the Victorian room on the first floor, which was a large bedroom with a full bathroom.<br/>There was a little area with a kettle, coffee maker, and a mini fridge, but I didn't happen to use those, opting for the many, many cafés and restaurants right around the corner. Outside, there's a brick patio a couple of steps above the sidewalk level where there is a shady tree and wonderful patio table and chairs.<br/>I would most definitely stay here again. Robert
