This fully furnished studio suite, named the Victorian Room, is located on the 1st floor of a Victorian Brownstone in Dupont Circle. Boutique shops, cafes and fine restaurants including the very special Phillips Collection museum are only steps away, in this most desirable neighborhood of Dupont Circle.

Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item.

Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per pet per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

Exterior security cameras on property
Definitely in a great area for restaurants and shopping. Plus close to the metro for easy access to the rest of DC. Building is older so gets pretty cold during winter time. Space heater was only resource available to warm the room until the heat unexpectedly turned on at 6am with no control over temp. Great stay regardless! Lovely place and responsive hosts. I had a great stay here - the team was really responsive when I had questions. The room itself was beautifully maintained, charming and spacious. I was here in the winter and was comfortable and warm in the room. The location is super convenient, near Dupont circle and walkable to restaurants, work locations and many lovely book stores. I'd definitely stay here again when visiting DC and recommend it to other travellers as well. Beautiful historic building with nice architectural details. Great location and 5 minute walk from the nearest metro station. Very clean and the bed was comfortable. However, if you are there during the winter, it is very cold. Two space heaters are provided but it is still very cold. In warmer months of spring, summer, or fall, it might be fine. The light from the hallway shined in the room but I just turned it off when I went to bed.
