Your time here may be short, but the need for an elevated beach vacation remains. Welcome to Baycation, an ideal & comfortable home custom designed for a family retreat. Arrive to an expansive open living and dining area, curated to be the perfect spot to entertain and enjoy your time together. Hardwood floors throughout, stone countertops, new designer stainless steel appliances and a fully appointed kitchen round out this tastefully designed home. Baycation is a 4 bedroom home that comfortably entertains and sleeps large families. The Poly and Bark dining table seats the entire family and the custom designer sectional fits everyone for movie night. Plan to indulge yourself in real down comforters, 100% cotton sheets, hand picked feather and gel pillows and luxury bath towels. A sun filled master bedroom is outfitted with a private patio, a king bed and a queen futon sleeper sofa. Slip into the master bedrooms luxurious en suite bathroom and into your very own soaker tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the additional 2 bedrooms have full/twin bunk beds. The second full bathroom has a bathtub for easy kid bath time! Step into the manicured, meticulously designed family outdoor space. This space was planned for real family time, a sectional sofa, fire pit, gas grill, dining table and a play set offering plenty of fun for the kiddos round out this vacation home. Please Read - Landscaping is schedule for Monday - Wednesday in Norfolk. If you are booked for this property you acknowledge our landscaper will enter the backyard to cut the grass. Trash is scheduled to be picked up 3 days a week, you also acknowledge that our private trash provider will be on site bringing cans out and back in.

Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item.

Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

My family really enjoyed the time we spent in your lovely home. The house was so beautiful a warm feeling engulfed you as we sat around the living room and laughed and spent quality time together. The rooms were spacious and everyone had their own comfortable spot to just relax and unwind. It really was on an oasis away from home a delight for us all . Ebrahim

My team stayed in this home for over a week while we were in town for a work project and were very comfortable! It's huge and they had plenty of space to relax both indoors and out. The patios are perfect to enjoy the outdoors and spread out. The high end appliances and finishes were very appreciated. The walk to the beach is close which is wonderful although you do have to cross a fairly busy street (there is a crosswalk though so it's totally doable) The beach entrance is so quaint and it feels like a private spot for neighbors only. Really fantastic! Sadly, the beds were not super comfy for my team nor was the futon in the master but that was really the only downfall of our stay. The hosts responded quickly to any needs. We would rent again.
