★ RENTAL AGREEMENT ★
After booking your stay with us, we kindly ask our guests to complete a rental agreement. This is a standard procedure designed to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all parties involved in renting homes in North Carolina. When signing the rental agreement, you are agreeing to share this agreement and the house rules with all parties that will be on the property during your stay. This rental agreement applies to "everyone" staying or visiting the property. If you are booking on Airbnb, you will receive a link to the rental agreement in the Airbnb app.
★ TRUST & SAFETY FEE ★
Our company applies a single, nonrefundable fee for a Safely Protection Policy. We do not collect a security deposit. A Safely Protection Policy (short-term rental insurance) ensures that the guest, the home and its contents are protected during the stay.
★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★
Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.
★ HOT TUB ★
The hot tub is open seasonally from May 15-October 15.
★ NOT A PET-FRIENDLY HOME ★
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them. Should you bring pets without obtaining prior permission from the host, there will be a $400 infraction fee, and your stay will be subject to cancellation with no refund and an expedited eviction.
★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside of the home. If you smoke outside the home, please clean up after.
★ SECURITY CAMERAS ★
All of our homes have exterior security cameras for the safety and security of our guests. Exterior cameras are pointed at areas of ingress and egress from the home.
★ NO THIRD PARTY BOOKINGS ★
For the safety and tranquility of our guests and neighbors, we strictly prohibit third-party bookings. The person making the reservation must be the one staying at the property.
★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its condition for future guests and your return visits. We do not accept reservations from individuals under the age of 25, especially for high school or college parties.View More

Beautifully designed beach cabin, in the trees, but with plenty of natural light. Lovely appointed indoor living space with fireplace, outdoor fire pit and hot tub under the stars. Perfect size for a small family with the shared bathroom. Would highly recommend and hope to return in warmer weather. Lucinda

Perfect beach cabin for a quiet, relaxing fall break. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful cottage! While there were only two of us, the wide open kitchen and living area integrated with the rear screened porch gave a delightful sense of space. Skylights in the living/dining area and bathroom were a shrewd move and imparted a great, warm light during the day, and with clear skies, views of the stars at night. There is a TON of porch space and places to sit and chat with passers by out front, with privacy at the rear porch. We loved the dual outdoor showers, too. There are lots of well thought out details in the house, and the photos don’t lie-it is gorgeous, even the exterior paint, which makes the house blend in very well among the live oaks. It’s almost like a cabin in the mountains, but at the beach. Walking to both the beach and Corolla Village is a cinch-the property is right in the thick of things, which makes it easy to go relatively car-less aside from grocery store runs. Fantastic spot, we’ll be back! Jackie

This is a beautiful beach cabin that feels like you stepped back in time and went to an upscale camp for the summer. If you know who Lauren Liess is, you'll be thrilled to know that she renovated this cabin while still keeping all of it's charm! It's so beautiful! LeAnne and Kelsey were wonderful and made sure that everything was perfect for us. Lots to do, great food...1000% recommend!
