Description
A fully furnished 1 bedroom on the second floor of a classic Victorian era DuPont Circle building. The home is fully appointed for seamless stay with a private entrance, queen size bed, queen futon upgraded kitchen, in unit washer and dryer, central heating and air and has excellent light from the front facing windows. Hardwood floors give the feel of the authenticity of Dupont Circle.

From time to time, our homes may require preventative or emergency maintenance or during long term stays, a showing to prospective tenants. Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

The place was Good, location excelent, the paid parking next to the building made everything easier. <br/>However, this place is for only 3 people max! The sofá bed is very small and not even long enough to stretch your legs. <br/>We have 2 teenagers, and there was no space for them to share this small sofa bed. Luckily we had brought an air mattress out of precaution and we were able to accommodate. <br/>Other than that, the place, building, communication is excellent! We had a great stay at this Sojourn property close to Dupont Circle in DC. The location in a quiet residential street yet walking distance to great restaurants and within short biking distance to the White House and National Mall was optimal. The unit was very clean with a very comfortable bed and well lit sitting room. The kitchen had all the basics including a Keurig coffee maker. Check in and check out were convenient and the host is very responsive and friendly. I would be happy to stay here again on my next visit. My wife and I had an amazing stay at this apartment! We are saving it for future visits to DC for sure :) Georges

I had to carry my bags, 40 pounds each, in addition to a handbag, to the 1st floor. Small stairs and no elevator. The windows in the living room don't lock, and I found a few insects in the apartment. <br/>I was expecting better.
