Description
A fully furnished 1 bedroom on the second floor of a classic Victorian era DuPont Circle building. The home is fully appointed for seamless stay with a private entrance, queen size bed, queen futon upgraded kitchen, in unit washer and dryer, central heating and air and has excellent light from the front facing windows. Hardwood floors give the feel of the authenticity of Dupont Circle.

Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per pet per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

The flat was clean and the host was lovely.<br/>I'm giving 3 stars because it's smaller than expected, not enough for 4 guests as advertised; I didn't get the information that there would be only one bed and one futon (rather than two beds); the toilet flush wasn't working very well; it was warm in the bedroom but a bit cold in the living room. This is a 2nd floor unit in a 3 floor + basement building built in 1885. There are mostly 2 units per floor. The floors are wooden.<br/>+: Within walking distance of Dupont Circle Metro, large front windows, nice bed, high ceilings<br/>-: Was told of an identity verification; waited for email, then reached out/was told it was unnecessary | Was told to pay $ or go buy more toilet paper/coffee/dish soap myself elsewhere (this was reversed) | Hot H2O heater turned off for hours | Ongoing construction on/noise from house across st. through May '26 | Poorly insulated from cold and noise (cold inside even with 72 degree thermostat; can hear other ppl inside on the stairs/upstairs walking, as well as outside talking on the street/driving scooters) | Uncomfortable couch | Posting included photo of larger kitchen, which was not here | Only 1 living room side table light | No bedroom mirror | Small fridge | Unusable kitchenware (scratched nonstick pots/pans, damaged kettle) | Low poorly flushing toilet
