The space
Entry: You will have your own private entryway that leads out onto the brick patio, but may also enter through the building’s main front door.
Kitchen: The updated, open concept kitchen comes complete with all-new stainless steel appliances and cookware and dishes to make you feel right at home. An eating area doubles as a workspace, for those of you who take your work home with you.
Living Room: The living room features hipster-esque exposed brick walls, hardwood floors, a flat screen HDTV, and a sleeper sofa. Cable and high speed Internet access are included, so your home can double as a space for work as well as relaxation.

From time to time, our homes may require preventative or emergency maintenance or during long term stays, a showing to prospective tenants. While we make every effort to avoid any interruptions to your stay, Sojourn reserves the right to access the property after providing 24 hours’ written notice. Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.

Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item.

Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

Exterior security cameras on property
Was very close to DC monuments. Plenty of good restaurants, and a Starbucks just a couple blocks down the street. Parking is a challenge, but the host was able to help us with that before we got to town, just ask. All in all, a great place to stay if you're seeking a spot in DC. Laundry was easy to do onsite & no pocket full of quarters were needed. Geoffrey

This spot was a perfect, pet friendly, and right near Eastern Market or the Capitol. Convenient with easy parking options. We enjoyed this little spot. The Host was very responsive and helpful! Christy

This is an outstanding spot to stay in DC. super easy locale to get to around. This will be our go to place to stay in DC from now on!
