This stunning home comfortably accommodates 18 guests and features an elevator, making it perfect for families. Enjoy the private pool, hot tub, and media room. The top floor of this luxurious home features a chef's kitchen, perfect for culinary creations. Enjoy the spacious dining room and the inviting great room, complete with ample seating, a large widescreen TV with a sound bar, and a cozy fireplace for relaxing evenings. The sun-drenched master bedroom, a king en suite, offers a private retreat. This property boasts 7 bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom and private deck access (excluding the ground floor). The ground floor offers a fun-filled game room and a media room equipped with surround sound, a pool table, a wet bar, and a full-size refrigerator. The outdoor amenities include a private pool, open from April 16th to October 31st, and a hot tub. Additional amenities include: 8 beach chairs, 1 beach wagon, 1 beach umbrella, and 16 pool towels. Pool towels are complimentary as long as they are washed and dried before check-out. If you would like to have us launder them, there is a $200 pool rental fee. Guests can enjoy 6-7 parking spots. The property is pet-friendly, subject to charges and suitable for children and infants.
Check-In begins at 5pm. A unique keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time.

Can You Really Drive on the Beaches There?
Yes! If your vehicle has 4-wheel drive, you can access the 4×4 beaches here. In fact, if you’re renting any of the vacation rental homes on Carova Beach, you’ll need to use the beach access lanes to get there. Please note, the rules for off-road driving and parking have been updated for the coming season, so check for current information on obtaining the proper passes.
We are looking forward to hosting you but there are a few things you need to do in order to make sure that you, and all of our guests, are safe and that everyone can enjoy their respective stays! This message also includes other useful information about pets, baby gear and parking:
1) **The pool is open from April 16 to October 31, and pool heating is available upon request for $350 per week.** The hot tub is open year round. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly Vendors are subject to enter backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days.**
2) Our properties are protected by Truvi. Please note that if you book a short-term rental (under 30 days), you will be contacted by Truvi directly to verify yourself. Please make sure this is completed prior to check-in.
3) Please confirm that you accept the following House Rules and Responsibilities on behalf of yourself and guests. A violation of the House Rules can result in an immediate termination of your reservation without refund.
For the comfort of our guests, residents and members of the Sojourn team, smoking of any kind (marijuana, cigarettes, or vaping) is not permitted anywhere in the interior of our building or within fifty (50) feet of our building, including outdoor spaces. Should our team or neighbors report the odor of smoke we will contact the booking service, terminate your stay, claim any and all damages, including but not limited to a $500 smoking fee, and post the appropriate review.
Parties and events are strictly prohibited. All Sojourn homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices (decibel readers), your privacy is safe however, noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay and are strictly enforced. In the event we are notified of any excess noise, music, gathering or parties a Sojourn representative will respond and your reservation will be terminated without refund. Please also note that all Sojourn buildings and homes are equipped with some type of exterior camera that records the exterior and common areas to include all entries to the building.
What NOT to Flush Down the Toilet or put down drains or in the garbage disposal - If found that these cause plumbing issues Sojourn can and will charge the guest.
* Cooking Grease/Food/Coffee grinds should never be poured down any drain, period. ...
* Feminine Products. Tampons and other feminine hygiene products are not supposed to be flushed down the toilet.

The booking platform includes snorkeling equipment in their �beach essentials� we do not provide snorkeling equipment and encourage you to bring your own.
4) There may be times where the home needs unexpected, or scheduled preventative maintenance. While we do our best not to interrupt your stay with us, sometimes this cannot be avoided thus Sojourn reserves the right to gain access to the properties at any time, after providing our guests with 24 hour written notice.
5) Pool towels are complimentary as long as you agree to wash and dry them before check out. If you choose to have us launder them it is $200 pool rental fee.
6) If you are booking a flat that allows pets, there is a mandatory the pet fee of $100 per pet, per seven day period. This only applies to pet friendly listings. The pet fee for long term pets is a one time payment of $450
7) Please note that neither Sojourn nor the property owner shall be held liable for any loss, theft, damage, or injury to the vehicle or any personal property therein, nor for any injury to the driver, passengers, or any other person, arising out of or in connection with the use of the parking space. Any use of the parking space is at the sole risk of the vehicle owner or driver. Neither Sojourn nor the owner guarantee the safety or security of any vehicle parked in the parking space and disclaims any responsibility for any acts of theft, vandalism, or other criminal activity.View More

Great higher end property’
We loved our stay! Wonderful property with nice touches. Tons of king beds with private bath in each bedroom. Upstairs kitchen with ice maker and downstairs bar with movie room. Location is 2.5 blocks to the beach. Plenty or room for families to spread. Plenty of parking 1 mile to grocery and stores. Lots of chairs, boogie boards etc. Pool And hot tub was well appointed with chairs and grill. Would def stay again thank hou. James
