We do not accept reservations from individuals under 25 and strictly prohibit third-party bookings. The person making the reservation must be the one staying at the property.
★ RENTAL AGREEMENT & CHECK-IN FORM
Booking Guest will be required to review and agree to the Terms and Conditions of our North Carolina Vacation Rental Agreement, as well as complete a Check-in Form.
★ TRUST & SAFETY FEE

All of our homes have exterior security cameras for the safety and security of our guests. Exterior cameras are pointed at areas of ingress and egress from the house; no cameras are on the interior. Exterior security cameras on property
Seasalt was perfect for our family! Spacious, clean, homey, stylish, and the perfect proximity to the beach and to the town of Duck! The kids loved the bikes included and the pool/hot tub were a great added bonus for everyone. The hosts were communicative, responsive and helpful! We look forward to coming again next summer! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home! Beautifully appointed house that is extremely clean. The pool was a hit with the kids and well maintained. The beach was 2-3 minutes walk. Wonderful beach with nice white sand. Great restaurants nearby in Duck. <br/>I would definitely stay here again. We loved this beach house! It had fantastic amenities, felt so cozy and spacious at the same time. For 8 people, we had plenty of space and the amenities were fantastic. The pool and hot tub were great plus the beach is so close. They also have chairs, bikes and an umbrella! It was a great vacation and we would definitely stay there again! We have stayed at various AirBnbs throughout the years and I have to say this one was 100% the best one ever. Super clean. Hosts very responsive. Great location. We want to stay there again and again! The only problem we had is we didn’t have enough vacation time !
