Booking Guest will be required to review and agree to the Terms and Conditions of our North Carolina Vacation Rental Agreement, as well as complete a Check-in Form.

House is wonderful and just as photographed. Check in was smooth and easy. The living space is spacious and comfortable. You're getting the top floor only with the two bedroom listing (there's another full house version) and many outdoor stairs to consider if that is an issue for you. It was a very rainy weekend and we didn't use the pool or hot tub but that would have been fun and enjoyable during season. The location is pretty central and close enough to the beach. What a perfect off-season rental! We loved the place and felt right at home. Appreciate all of the responsiveness and attention to detail. It was amazing and we will be back! This is the second year we’ve stayed at the house in the winter and it was just as fantastic as we remembered it. It’s seriously one of the most boujee and beautiful beach houses. You feel right at home, everything’s clean, and you have every kitchen appliance you’d ever need. The hot tub is especially nice - it’s so dark at night in Duck you can see every star while you lay in the warm water. Several times we talked from the house into Duck which was easy, and it’s right across the street to visit the actual beach. Internet speeds are 25mbps for the remote workers. While we were there the new fiber company was laying conduit, so hopefully they’ll get an upgrade soon.
Not a single complaint I could make. The hosts are fantastic. Answer every phone call. They stopped by with a gift for being ok with a single construction bag in the driveway for the pool. They’re awesome, it looked perfectly fine but they went out of their way anyway.
