Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet-friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. Pet fees are usually included in the booking, but if not, you’ll be invoiced the pet fee. Please let us know if you’re bringing pets so we can update your reservation. Note that some homes are not pet-friendly—if yours isn’t, we’ll gladly recommend one that is.

Amenities
The team at Sojourn was very quick to respond when we had issues, including moving us to a different unit they have in the same building and allowing us to stay am extra day due to a medical emergency. However, this is not a well managed property in 3 key regards: 1) the front door of the building does not properly latch because the jamb has been smashed in, and the door was ajar 5 different times in our 4 day stay, which is wildly unsafe - I explained this to the operations manager, who mansplained how deadbolts work but didn’t fix the problem. 2) the original unit we were in smelled so strongly of mold/mildew that we were having allergy attacks, and neither of us suffer from allergies; 3) the units have been haphazardly refreshed, with banged-up furniture and knots showing through the wood of every piece of trim because the painter didn’t use primer. These units are on the 3rd floor with no elevator, which could be made clearer in the description. I booked this place in preparation for the snow knowing I had to work early the next morning and wanted to be closer for the drive. The location was perfect. If you want to check in earlier there’s a $20/h extra charge. Parking instructions not clear. Had to inquire about it. Instructions to enter were not clear. Had the right code but wrong door. Stood in the cold snow trying to communicate with the company. The person I spoke to didn’t know there were 2 doors that entered the building. Door A & B. I was at A and needed to be at B. Bathroom was not clean, hair and dirt in tub, and toilet badly clogged before use. No trash bags available anywhere. Mattresses extremely firm/hard! I can tolerate some firmness but this was hard as a rock. When explaining the frustration of trying to get in the building and clogged toilet, they did offer to move me to a different unit and refund me 10% of only the room charge. I got back $12. Cleaning fee was more than the cost of the room charge. ($175!)
