1) Our properties are protected by Truvi. Please note that if you book a short-term rental (under 30 days), you will be contacted by Truvi directly to verify yourself. Please make sure this is completed prior to check-in.
2) Please confirm that you accept the following House Rules and Responsibilities on behalf of yourself and guests. A violation of the House Rules can result in an immediate termination of your reservation without refund.
For the comfort of our guests, residents and members of the Sojourn team, smoking of any kind (marijuana, cigarettes, or vaping) is not permitted anywhere in the interior of our building or within fifty (50) feet of our building, including outdoor spaces. Should our team or neighbors report the odor of smoke we will contact the booking service, terminate your stay, claim any and all damages, including but not limited to a $500 smoking fee, and post the appropriate review.
Parties and events are strictly prohibited. All Sojourn homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices (decibel readers), your privacy is safe however, noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay and are strictly enforced. In the event we are notified of any excess noise, music, gathering or parties a Sojourn representative will respond and your reservation will be terminated without refund. Please also note that all Sojourn buildings and homes are equipped with some type of exterior camera that records the exterior and common areas to include all entries to the building.
What NOT to Flush Down the Toilet or put down drains or in the garbage disposal - If found that these cause plumbing issues Sojourn can and will charge the guest.

3) There may be times where the home needs unexpected, or scheduled preventative maintenance. While we do our best not to interrupt your stay with us, sometimes this cannot be avoided thus Sojourn reserves the right to gain access to the properties at any time, after providing our guests with 24 hour written notice.
4) Please note that neither Sojourn nor the property owner shall be held liable for any loss, theft, damage, or injury to the vehicle or any personal property therein, nor for any injury to the driver, passengers, or any other person, arising out of or in connection with the use of the parking space. Any use of the parking space is at the sole risk of the vehicle owner or driver. Neither Sojourn nor the owner guarantee the safety or security of any vehicle parked in the parking space and disclaims any responsibility for any acts of theft, vandalism, or other criminal activity.

The home was wonderful - great set up for a larger group, especially multiple families. The place was clean and easy to get to. Close to downtown Park City. Lots of linens provided and even some kitchen staples (and laundry pods), which were very welcomed! The hot tub worked great. The host was extremely responsive to our questions, which was appreciated. <br/>Only downside was that the listing doesn’t mention that there is no Air Conditioning, despite having that listed in the amenities. There is heat and they provide multiple fans, but that doesn’t do much when the temperature outside is in the 80s/90s. We got unlucky that the week we were there was very hot, so it was difficult to sleep. I imagine most of the year it wouldn’t be a problem - but just an FYI for peak summer dates! This place was great for the price! I loved how close of a walk it was to Main Street and enjoyed the hot tub and sauna! We loved this location away from the main hustle of Park City and traffic. LOVED the nearby nature preserve water and sandy beach area for the grandkids to play right across the street. Used our paddle boards too.<br/>The place itself is showing its age but was still pleasant overall. Enjoyed the deck and hot tub a lot. The patio furniture was dirty and should be sprayed down.<br/>Surprised and frustrated how crowded the garage was with extra furniture and useless boxes, extra bike, ski boots, taking up needed space for our two e-bikes, mountain bike, kid scooters, bike hitch, etc. That extra stuff in there should be removed!<br/>The room sizes and bathrooms worked just fine for all 11 of us with welcomed room fans and coolers for the summer day heat. However, The bed sheets, however, were very course and rough compared to any other place or hotel we’ve stayed.<br/>We would choose this place again. We loved staying here, and would love to come back! Deer Valley is one of our favorite places, and this was an excellent place for our group this year!
