From time to time, our homes may require preventative or emergency maintenance or during long term stays, a showing to prospective tenants. While we make every effort to avoid any interruptions to your stay, Sojourn reserves the right to access the property after providing 24 hours’ written notice. Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.
Baby Gear (Optional Add-On)
Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item.
Parking Information
Driving to your Sojourn? Please inquire with the Sojourn team to make a parking reservation to ensure your arrival is seamless and stress-free. Sojourn and the property owner are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or injury involving your vehicle or its contents. We cannot guarantee the safety or security of any parking location and disclaim liability for any incidents. Thank you for your understanding.
Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per pet per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

Was very happy with my stay! Clean and confortable, perfect for a work trip or place to crash and relax after a long day of monuments and museums. Great place and in a great location. Walking distance to the supermarket and locations and the host communicated clearly throughout our stay. The place was well stocked with all amenities for our whole trip and we stayed for 3 weeks. Overall really enjoyed our stay! Sojourn是一个非常专业且友善的房东！沟通非常流畅，而且房源很抢手。一开始我们本来打算订他的另一个房源，但是很快就不可订了，于是火速又重新进行沟通。Sojourn非常快速准确地解答了我的问题，我迅速预定，整个过程非常流畅。如果你看到了这个房源可订，不要多犹豫！
街区特别好，距离地铁站步行距离非常近，并且地铁旁边就是trader joes，购买生活用品非常方便。整个街区非常安静、安全、适合步行，友善的邻居在路上碰到还会打招呼，看到我们拿着行李还会说welcome. 整体的体验非常好。而且国会山的位置绝佳，乘地铁去哪里都方便，甚至我们是步行前往的国会大厦，只用了二十分钟。如果您在国会大厦有早晨很早的tour日程，选择这个位置很合适。
厨房与洗手间都非常干净，洗碗机和洗衣机也都可以使用，洗手间里除了基本的洗护用品，还为住客准备了护手霜。得知我们是三个人入住，Sojourn还细心地为我们在冰箱里准备了三瓶水。这不是每一个airbnb的房源都提供的，但是为我们提供了巨大的方便，体验真的很棒！
我是带父母来华盛顿旅游的，三人入住，屋子是一个1B1B，其实并不宽敞，但是我们住起来并没觉得体验不好，地理位置棒，房东想的很周到，价格也合理，让我们所有人对这个城市的印象都很棒！谢谢房东为住客提供的所有这些便利！
