A compact dining nook offers the ideal spot for morning coffee or an intimate dinner. Relax on the plush sofa while streaming your favorite shows on the wall-mounted Smart TV, or unwind after a day exploring DC in the cozy queen size bed with soft linens.

From time to time, our homes may require preventative or emergency maintenance or during long term stays, a showing to prospective tenants. While we make every effort to avoid any interruptions to your stay, Sojourn reserves the right to access the property after providing 24 hours’ written notice. Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.

Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item.
Parking Information
Driving to your Sojourn? Please inquire with the Sojourn team to make a parking reservation to ensure your arrival is seamless and stress-free. Sojourn and the property owner are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or injury involving your vehicle or its contents. Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per pet per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

Appartement au coeur de Dupont center, quartier élégant et animé, près de cafés, restos, bars, un supermarché, etc. <br/>Meublé avec une élégance simple et agréable, bien équipé (l'essentiel est là). Le lit est très confortable. <br/>J'ai beaucoup apprécié la réactivité du personnel: disponible 24h/24h et toujours très gentil et pret à répondre aux questions. Disponible par téléphone aussi, ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas avec airbnb. Nice living space, close to dupont This home was so beautiful and nicely located near restaurants, bars, cafes, and the metro stop. It had everything I needed, and the Sojourn team was incredibly fast to respond to any questions I had. The place is clean and well stored with kitchen items and bathroom supplies (soap, toilet paper, towels, etc). Can't recommend this place enough! Great location close to Dupont Circle. Pretty clean, felt comfortable and pretty safe here.
