Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per pet per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

Exterior security cameras on property
I was a little little, worried about checking in since I arrived super late at night, but I was able to get in the front door and the apartment with my code. It’s basically a studio, but everything worked and I enjoyed my stay. We really enjoyed the quiet location and the high ceilings. The skylight in the bedroom was a bonus for us! It was walkable to a great breakfast spot and a corner store that had everything we needed during our stay. It was lovely but the heat was not up to the cold weather and it was quite chilly inside Kimberly

Super cute place in a chic, safe neighborhood close to all the touristy hotspots. The kitchen had everything you need, the place was impeccably clean, the hosts were proactive and professional. A few quirks that are good to know: there is a lot of light in the space, even at night. This didn't bother me and it was very quiet and the bed comfy. If you need it dark, you either need a mask or a different space. Also, the host didn't require me to do the extra security check that was prompted, but I still kept getting the reminders. I was slightly worried there would be an issue at check-in time...but there wasn't. If you get the same offer, you can trust it. And if you, too, visit during arctic weather, don't suffer through the chill. There is a space heater in the front hall closet that makes all the difference. Would absolutely see if this place is available next time I'm in DC for work.
