Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.

Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item.
Parking Information

Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per pet per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

Excelente estadia. Estive 11 dias e tudo correu perfeitamente. Comunicação extremamente rápida e clara, ótima localização, vizinhança calma e tranquila e com muitos pontos próximos, como restaurantes, metrô, ônibus e museus. Apartamento amplo e extremamente limpo, com diversas amenidades e cozinha completa. Quarto amplo, ótima cama e espaço para roupas. Robert

Location was great and finding a street parking spot which typically is difficult in DC was easy at Soujurn. I was able to always find a spot near the apartment. The apartment itself is nothing new but it felt cozy and had everything you needed. If you are often going out of DC into Alexandria or other whereabouts in Virginia, the September is a hip away from the highest which makes it a great location if you need to drive to those areas. The closest metro would be eastern market or south capitol and navy yard. It is easily a 10-15 min walk or you can grab one of those spotter rentals and get to the apartment in five minutes. Great stay sr the Soujurn. Although somewhat pricey for the apartment you pay for the location. Great short term rental while looking for permanent housing. Thank you Nicole! Christopher
