Welcome to the Ocean View Mosaic Suites!
The Serene Suite is a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom, condo (sleeps 4) designed with comfortability and enjoyment in mind. This condo is a short drive to Virginia Beach and Ocean View Beach.

There is no ramp or elevator in this house.
There are a total of one full bathroom that is fully equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap.
The living room has ample space for relaxation and has a 55" Smart TV with and high-speed wifi.
The full kitchen is equipped for all of your cooking needs and has a range with oven/stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and all cooking utensils and dining ware needed.
Access is by private door with door code. Guests will have the entire unit to themselves.
Guests will have total privacy; we are available only when needed.
This property is centrally located to all local Ocean View restaurants, historic district, and the beach.
Parking - Guests are given one parking spot in the parking lot. We do not have designated street parking.
Please note that we shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, damage, or injury to the vehicle or any personal property therein, nor for any injury to the driver, passengers, or any other person, arising out of or in connection with the use of the parking space. Any use of the parking space is at the sole risk of the vehicle owner or driver. We do not guarantee the safety or security of any vehicle parked in the parking space and disclaims any responsibility for any acts of theft, vandalism, or other criminal activity.
House Rules:
For the comfort of all guests, we have a strict no-smoking policy. A $500 fine will be applied if this policy is violated.
We kindly ask that there are no parties or events. Gatherings exceeding the maximum occupancy will need to be discontinued unless previously approved by the host.
Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM onwards, as this is a multi-unit, family-friendly property.
Check-in is available anytime after 4:00 PM.
We welcome up to 2 house-trained dogs or cats. Please ensure pets are not on the beds. If you need to leave your pet alone in the unit, kindly use a crate. If you don't have a crate, please keep all bedroom and bathroom doors closed. Please note that a $75/pet fee will apply to help cover additional cleaning needed.
We kindly ask that you clean up after your pets while outdoors. Please make use of the pet waste station for proper disposal. Please note that excessive pet hair may incur a damages fee.
For safety reasons, fires and fire pits are not permitted on the beach.
Fireworks are prohibited on the beach, as their use poses a significant fire risk. Please note that using fireworks would be considered a breach of the house rules.
To ensure your safety, we kindly ask that you avoid climbing or walking on the rocks along the beach, as they can be very slippery and hazardous.
To maintain a clean and pleasant environment, we ask that glitter not be used in the unit. Any glitter found will result in a $100 cleaning fee.

Property is fantastic. We came down for a beach weekend, and we’re easily able to walk to OVB and only a short drive away from VB. The property is fantastic, and just as advertised. COVA brewing down the street is a great place for a morning coffee, or evening beer! We enjoyed our stay at Nicole's place because it was easy to get to, had enough space for all of us, and was nearby to everything we wanted to do. We didn't spend much time at the place since we were visiting friends in the area, and it worked really well for our needs. Few steps to beach, clean, and cozy. I recommend this as a great alternative to VB. They stay was great. We were able to walk to the beach and it was not too busy or loud. It was perfect for a weekend stay. Nicole was very responsive and accommodating. Great communication!
