The bedrooms feature a queen sized bed on the first floor and a king size bed on the third floor.
The space
This stunning 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is designed to be a contemporary art gallery, creating an inviting and sophisticated atmosphere. Upon entering, you are greeted by an expansive open floor plan that emphasizes light and space. High ceilings and large windows flood the area with natural light, while polished hardwood floors provide a sleek, modern foundation. The main living area on the second floor serves as a versatile exhibition space, showcasing a curated selection of artwork against minimalist white walls.
Each bedroom is designed as a tranquil retreat, reflecting the clean lines and serene aesthetics of an art studio. The primary suite on the third floor features ample space, creating a unique sanctuary that inspires relaxation and creativity. The en-suite bathroom feature a tub, shower arm, cabinet space, and Sojourn's select Lather products.
The first floor bedroom can serve as a guest room with a dedicated workspace across from the sliding doors, with large windows offering views of the outdoors. Neutral tones and minimalist décor promote a calming environment, making it easy to unwind after a busy day.
The bathrooms continue the gallery theme with a glass-enclosed shower, combining modern functionality with artistic flair. Each bathroom features elegant fixtures and thoughtfully chosen materials. The overall design harmonizes contemporary living with artistic expression, ensuring that every corner of this home embodies both comfort and creativity. Please note that both the toilets and bathrooms are located on the second floor.

From time to time, our homes may require preventative or emergency maintenance or during long term stays, a showing to prospective tenants. While we make every effort to avoid any interruptions to your stay, Sojourn reserves the right to access the property after providing 24 hours’ written notice. Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.
Baby Gear (Optional Add-On)
Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item.
Parking Information
Driving to your Sojourn? Please inquire with the Sojourn team to make a parking reservation to ensure your arrival is seamless and stress-free. Sojourn and the property owner are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or injury involving your vehicle or its contents. We cannot guarantee the safety or security of any parking location and disclaim liability for any incidents. Thank you for your understanding.
Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per pet per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.
