Welcome to Sojourn's 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom art gallery home which features open spaces with high ceilings, minimalist walls, and large windows for natural light. Polished hardwood floors, and modern fixtures enhance the space. Bedrooms are styled like serene art studios, with neutral and warm tones and clean lines. The bedrooms feature a queen sized bed on the first floor and a king size bed on the third floor.
The space
This stunning 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is designed to be a contemporary art gallery, creating an inviting and sophisticated atmosphere. Upon entering, you are greeted by an expansive open floor plan that emphasizes light and space. High ceilings and large windows flood the area with natural light, while polished hardwood floors provide a sleek, modern foundation. The main living area on the second floor serves as a versatile exhibition space, showcasing a curated selection of artwork against minimalist white walls.
Each bedroom is designed as a tranquil retreat, reflecting the clean lines and serene aesthetics of an art studio. The primary suite on the third floor features ample space, creating a unique sanctuary that inspires relaxation and creativity. The en-suite bathroom feature a tub, shower arm, cabinet space, and Sojourn's select Lather products.
The first floor bedroom can serve as a guest room with a dedicated workspace across from the sliding doors, with large windows offering views of the outdoors. Neutral tones and minimalist décor promote a calming environment, making it easy to unwind after a busy day.

Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

Excellent location, very nice space. Had a wonderful time with my family, the host was very responsive and attentive. My family and I stayed here for Thanksgiving weekend and it was an absolutely magical place to spend the holiday. DC is beautiful in the fall, and this location could not have been more perfect. It is surrounded by wonderful restaurants. Bistrot du Coin is my husband and my personal favorite and it was such a treat that it was only steps away. However, what stood out the most was the Sojourn staff. They were incredibly friendly and responsive. We were traveling with an infant and were scheduled to arrive earlier than expected with the little one we needed a place to land as soon as possible and Sojourn was kind and flexible enough to allow us to do so. The coffee maker did not work but once requested, it was replaced immediately. Their maintenance staff was kind and friendly, it felt like we were taken care of by family. Next time we travel to DC we will definitely book again. This AirBnB is objectively beautiful. It’s a spacious, well designed townhouse. The unit is very grand and luxurious. The beds were comfy, the views were charming, location ideal. My primary gripe with this unit was the host’s demand for more money. There is a strict 0% refund for cancellations and they were unwilling to accommodate to my cancellation request. Secondly, they charged me for two towels that got dirty. Thirdly, there was no street parking and they wanted to charge me for a spot that was a 10 minute way away. While the unit was spotless and beautiful, I would only book if you are 100% committed to arriving (in sickness or in health) and tolerant of hidden fees.
