The home was very clean. My husband and two sons (ages 17 and 13) stayed here while on vacation. Although, there was a lot of room at this house. It would’ve easily accommodated a second family comfortably. My boys were able to use the lake that’s behind the property to do some fishing which was nice. During our stay the weather was not cooperative for us so we didn’t get any days at the ocean, but if walking there from the home it was only about 11-15 mins (depending on how quickly you walk). The pools in the community were nice but only open until 6pm every night and the sports complex had no lights for playing after dusk. This neighborhood as well as OBX in general is a very family oriented place with lots of active people/families vacationing there. Many people were biking, running and walking on all the paths that run the entire area of OBX. If you’re wanting to stay in a clean home in quiet neighborhood w/ access to the beach & fishing on the property this is the place for you!

Location was perfect! Beautiful neighborhood with tennis courts and other activities. Arrived to a perfect, clean and peaceful house with plenty of accommodations!

Our group loved our stay at this place. The host provided a parking pass for the private beach parking lot, which was super convenient for bring stuff to sit on the beach all day. The lake behind the house also amazing for those who like to fish, my friends and I caught quite a few bass during our stay. The rooms were cozy and well furnished. The place is also only a 10 min drive from the closest grocery store, which was convenient to have when the busy beach traffic made it hard to get to restaurants further away. We loved this place and would absolutely stay again!

We truly enjoyed our stay! The house was exactly as described. The host responded quickly, everything was just perfect! We will definitely be booking again in the future!
