Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per pet per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

I had a wonderful stay visiting my bestfriend coming from NYC! The view was the cherry on top. Loved the lux bedding. Heat and hot water worked well for that snow storm. I will absolutely be back in the summer. Cute beachfront, two bedroom, close to lots of restaurants and shops. Recently updated really enjoyed it and will likely be back because it’s near my son and daughter-in-law. Santina

Sojourn was very communicative, responsive and helpful. The place was clean, comfy, inviting. Since this was a 'working vacation', I was looking forward to the dedicated work space with ocean views. However, there was not a desk (though one was in pictures and advertised). Otherwise, this place was perfect and we loved it!! Yey again we had an amazing stay.<br/>The rental team was incredibly responsive and even had implemented the suggestion from our previous stay to add a water kettle to the kitchen.<br/>We also appreciated the flexibility to allow us to replace the frying pan and the large cook pot in the kitchen. <br/>We will be back. Thank you.
