Description
Enjoy a relaxing beach vacation in the fully renovated, pet friendly, OV Harborage Suite. This modern 750 sq. ft. 2-bed/1-bath condo on the 1st floor offers comfort and style. Shared spaces include fire pits and ample seating. Please note, ongoing city construction may cause noise during business hours and significant water pooling in 5th bay. For more details, feel free to contact us before booking.
This suite sleeps up to four guests and has two bedrooms and one bathroom. One bedroom has a king mattress, the second bedroom has a queen mattress. Both bedrooms include full bedding and ample storage. The bedroom has nightstands, dresser, and a closet.
The living room has ample space for relaxation and has a Smart TV with high-speed WIFI.
There is one fully equipped bathroom with shampoo, conditioner, and soap. The kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils, appliances, and dinnerware needed for cooking during your stay.
All linens/bedding, including 4 sets of bath towels, are provided.
This unit is pet friendly. When pets are left alone, please ensure they are left in crates or secured in bedrooms.

There is free parking on premises for one car, per apartment.

1) Our properties are protected by Truvi Please note that if you book a short-term rental (under 30 days), you will be contacted by Truvi directly to verify yourself. Please make sure this is completed prior to check-in.
2) Please confirm that you accept the following House Rules and Responsibilities on behalf of yourself and guests. A violation of the House Rules can result in an immediate termination of your reservation without refund.
For the comfort of our guests, residents and members of the Sojourn team, smoking of any kind (marijuana, cigarettes, or vaping) is not permitted anywhere in the interior of our building or within fifty (50) feet of our building, including outdoor spaces. Should our team or neighbors report the odor of smoke we will contact the booking service, terminate your stay, claim any and all damages, including but not limited to a $500 smoking fee, and post the appropriate review.
Parties and events are strictly prohibited. All Sojourn homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices (decibel readers), your privacy is safe however, noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay and are strictly enforced. In the event we are notified of any excess noise, music, gathering or parties a Sojourn representative will respond and your reservation will be terminated without refund. Please also note that all Sojourn buildings and homes are equipped with some type of exterior camera that records the exterior and common areas to include all entries to the building.
What NOT to Flush Down the Toilet or put down drains or in the garbage disposal - If found that these cause plumbing issues Sojourn can and will charge the guest.
* Cooking Grease/Food/Coffee grinds should never be poured down any drain, period.
* Feminine Products. Tampons and other feminine hygiene products are not supposed to be flushed down the toilet.

3) If you are booking a flat that allows pets the pet fee is $75 per, pet per week. This only applies to pet friendly listings.
4) We are happy to provide both a Pack and Play and/or high chair. These must be reserved in advance and a $25 rental fee will be charged.
5) There is one complimentary parking space available per unit. Please note that neither Sojourn nor the property owner shall be held liable for any loss, theft, damage, or injury to the vehicle or any personal property therein, nor for any injury to the driver, passengers, or any other person, arising out of or in connection with the use of the parking space. Any use of the parking space is at the sole risk of the vehicle owner or driver. Neither Sojourn nor the owner guarantee the safety or security of any vehicle parked in the parking space and disclaims any responsibility for any acts of theft, vandalism, or other criminal activity.
6) There may be times where the home needs unexpected, or scheduled preventative maintenance. While we do our best not to interrupt your stay with us, sometimes this cannot be avoided thus Sojourn reserves the right to gain access to the properties at any time, after providing our guests with 24 hour written notice.
7) There is an outdoor grill and a fire pit available in the communal area.

We stayed at Sojourn's listing in Norfolk VA. <br/>Everything was as mentioned in the apartment and was clean.<br/>They were able to accommodate an early check in for us which was super helpful.<br/>And the ease of access to the beach was an added bonus.<br/>the host were quick in response and gave us great recommendations.<br/>Will definitely stay here again! Great place, just as described and pictured. The only downside was the parking lot, which was flooded due to the rough condition of the street. It doesn’t look like construction will be finished anytime soon. Victoria

I would stay here again. It was spotless, affordable, and dog friendly. There were beach chairs and the water is just 3 blocks so we walked there several times. There’s also a city park 1 block away which was really nice for walking our pups. There were also no required check out actions which made It feel more like a hotel stay.<br/>The flooding was far more disruptive than the construction was. The water in the parking lot was high enough what it would flood a sedan if you opened the door. But also came and went with the tide so you just had to plan your arrivals and departures around high tide. We drove a RAV4 and were fine. This place was much cheeper than other options so I feel like this was acceptable for the price. <br/>It does seem like a nice part of town. However there is an apartment across the street where obvious drug deals were happening in broad daylight. They kept to themselves so it didn’t bother us but I could see it making some people feel unsafe. W

Trip to Ocean View Beach Summer 25
The property was nice and clean, but hard to keep clean with all the road construction and sand. We did our best, but a swiffer would have been nice. The apartment is across the street from a park, where we could walk dogs very easily. It also had a Farmer's Market on Saturday which was very handy for fresh vegetables. It was a really great location for two dogs.....and many of the guests had pets.
