The Rain Suite is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom, condo (sleeps 2) a short drive to Virginia Beach and Ocean View Beach. Every detail has been taken care of to make this a comfortable and unique stay.

Safety
For safety reasons, fires and fire pits are not permitted on the beach. We kindly ask that you avoid climbing or walking on the rocks along the beach, as they can be very slippery and hazardous.
Pet Policy
This pet-friendly residence welcomes your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $10 per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly.
We welcome up to 2 house-trained dogs or cats. Please ensure pets are not on the beds. If you need to leave your pet alone in the unit, kindly use a crate. If you don't have a crate, please keep all bedroom and bathroom doors closed.

I am coming back every year and using her beach house it’s beautiful and very peaceful. I felt right at home and it was squeaky clean. Enjoyed our stay. The location was great and perfect for our family. We had no issues with parking or noise and while we didn’t have time to go to the beach it was so close and we would stay here again if we come back for a beach weekend. The home could have used a deep clean, you could feel the sand still on the floor and there were some stains and noticeable wear and tear that could use some attention. It also makes a difference when small things like soap refills and a new paper towel roll are done in air bnbs we have stayed in the past. But overall we had a good stay and no issues. Stayed here with my husband & out 2 dogs for the long weekend! It’s walkable to the beach, clean & Nicole was very helpful through the whole process. The surrounding area felt extremely safe, everyone was very polite and friendly. The place was clean & comfortable. The bathroom could use a good deep clean & some area of the house could do with some repainting. However I would stay here again & recommend! I stayed here for a work trip and chose it for the location—close to both my office and a quiet, less crowded beach, which was a big plus.<br/>However, the floors hadn’t been cleaned when we arrived—our feet were black from walking barefoot. The host originally said cleaning wouldn’t happen until the next day, but after I sent photos and expressed concern, someone was sent out that evening to clean, afterwards the floors felt much better and no more dirty feet. <br/>There’s no deadbolt—just a keypad lock. That made me feel a bit uneasy and I would’ve preferred the extra security.<br/>The host was polite and responsive once we connected, and the location is great, but I’d be hesitant to stay again without some improvement.
