Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per pet per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

Overall we had a great stay and will definitely use Sojourn again for renting in DC. There were a few small snags along the way- the heat wasn't working in the apartment that we booked but Sojourn was on it right away and found us a new place. They were very very helpful getting the extra things we needed for our toddler (forgot the crib sheet, but we made do). They made someone available to us at check in and check out to help with bags! The apartment is older and as such some of its features are old too- it was nearly impossible to get the temperature right in the shower. But all in all we loved the apartment, were close to absolutely everything we needed, and Sojourn was really great. Great place to stay. Great location and clean venue. The host had great communications with us and was kind enough to let us check in early. This spot is very well located, and a 2nd floor corner unit with great light, and birds chirping in the trees outside. The condition is okay - it needs a renovation, particularly of the bathroom - but overall the was a really good fit for a long weekend in DC.
