Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item.

Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

Exterior security cameras on property
The apartment was okay, much smaller than we expected. It has everything you need, but it’s a little cramped for two people. The bed was comfortable, but walking around it was tight. The shower was too small. We could also hear everything from the apartment above us. Our towels were stained and there was noticeable wear and tear all over the apartment - stains on the dresser and table, scratches on the walls, tiles loose in the bathroom. We got locked out of the Airbnb, but the hosts responded quickly to get us back in. We liked the location of the place and the neighborhood is very walkable and safe, but we would not stay here again. Loved this place. The area is beautiful, and the apartment compact with everything you’d want. Will stay here again when next in DC. Absolutely loved our stay! This place was the perfect choice for a short trip in Washington DC. First starters the apartment is in the cutest residential walkable area. There are so many things to do around, you don’t need to feel the need to order an Uber. All of the sightseeing is not far either, with lots of bikes and scooters around, which was very convenient. Tiny but the perfect amount of space for two people. The apartment was very clean. The hosts were very friendly and proactive with instructions and helpful information. They even let us drop our bags off early so we could start exploring! I would recommend this stay. Look forward to staying again if we were to come back to DC. Cameron

Had a great stay for a quick trip. Place was clean and location was excellent and close to coffee shops, restaurants, and bars.
