From time to time, our homes may require preventative or emergency maintenance or during long term stays, a showing to prospective tenants. While we make every effort to avoid any interruptions to your stay, Sojourn reserves the right to access the property after providing 24 hours’ written notice. Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.
Baby Gear (Optional Add-On)
Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item.
Parking Information

Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

This DC Airbnb was in a prime spot—restaurants, grocery store, and pharmacy all within walking distance. The area felt safe and very walkable. The unit matched the photos, was clean and quiet, and the host company was responsive and accommodating (even let me drop off luggage early).<br/>Note: It’s on the third floor with no elevator, so pack light or be ready for stairs. The patio could use a little attention, and the Wi-Fi wasn’t strong enough for remote work calls.<br/>Overall, a solid stay for short visits or solo travelers who want convenience and comfort. Would recommend and would stay again. Nice little spot. Great roof terrace. Apartment doesn't have a lot of the character that older DC units have, but it does the job! Host's are quick to respond, and will gladly stay here again if I have work in the DuPont / Logan area.
