Welcome to this fully appointed, lovely Capitol Hill garden level home. Your Capitol Hill Sojourn is located on a beautiful, quiet street with walking access to the Metro (a 4 min walk to Eastern Market Metro), Eastern Market, Barracks Row, US Capitol, Supreme Court, National's Stadium and many other of DC's main attractions. Fully outfitted with a queen bed, feather comforters, Lather soaps, in unit washer and dryer, giga blast wifi, central heat and air, Smart TV's with Netflix and You Tube TV in both the bedroom and living. This home offers all of the conveniences needed for a seamless stay. You will be pleased to find the kitchen appointed with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and the tools to cook a full meal.

From time to time, our homes may require preventative or emergency maintenance or during long term stays, a showing to prospective tenants. While we make every effort to avoid any interruptions to your stay, Sojourn reserves the right to access the property after providing 24 hours’ written notice. Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.

Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item.
Parking Information

Sojourn and the property owner are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or injury involving your vehicle or its contents. Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

Backyard Usage
The backyard is for the long term tenants in the main home, only. Guests reserving this home are welcome to enjoy the front yard which includes patio furniture.

Great location and building. Highly recommend The location of the rental and the owners that live upstairs were the two best things about my stay. The rental is in the perfect place if you’re exploring/working the Hill. It is a very safe-feeling area. The owners were very kind and respectful. There were, however, some downsides. At the time of my stay there were some issues with the seal around the door in the kitchen area. Whenever it rained the door would leak a good amount of water into the kitchen, along with dirt. When it was dry, some bugs would find their way inside through the door. To my knowledge, the owners are aware of the issue and plan to fix it. Aside from that, it was a lovely place to stay for the summer and I would recommend this rental to anyone! (The location really is amazing.)
