Description
A fully furnished 1 bedroom on the second floor of a classic Victorian era DuPont Circle building. The home is fully appointed for seamless stay with a private entrance, queen size bed, queen sofa bed upgraded kitchen, in unit washer and dryer, central heating and air and has excellent light from the front facing windows. Hardwood floors give the feel of the authenticity of Dupont Circle.

Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

This will be a long one, so buckle up!
Positives: location is great! Communication from the host(s) was also great. The fridge had some waters for us which was also appreciated. Lots of closet space and hangers provided.
Negatives: Where do I begin? No issues with furniture, but the unit seemed old and rundown. The microwave had duct tape holding it together and the unit was dirty. Looked like a landlord special. The shower knobs were difficult to manipulate to get a decent temperature. The biggest issue for me was one night a fire alarm was going off in the building then we began to smell burning/smoke. Fire Rescue was sent out and once gone, I received a call from the host. I ended up being chastised with more concern over the other units’ door being kicked-in by the fire department than gracious I called and the building didn’t go up in flames! I am not responsible for the fire departments’ decisions. I did what I thought was best and safe. Also beware of bait/switch costs! Great location great house! Flavio
