Bedrooms: Two simply decorated bedrooms, one with a king-sized bed and the other with a queen-sized bed dressed in high-quality sheets for a restful night’s sleep. A dedicated room with a work desk and chair, extra storage, and full-length mirrors, perfect for both productivity and comfort. Unwind after a long day with your own wall-mounted TV, perfect for binging your favorite shows in the comfort and privacy of your room.

From time to time, our homes may require preventative or emergency maintenance or during long term stays, a showing to prospective tenants. Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item.

Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

Exterior security cameras on property
Great stay and host. Highly recommend The place was fanstastic and super great communication from the host.<br/>It's very clean and you can't get a better location. First, the cons:<br/>It’s a basement. It feels like a basement. No natural light You enter in the back alley and go down the steps which is weird. Air is musty until the AC runs. 2/3 TVs didn’t work. The lock code stopped working one night and had to be reset after first night and that sucked waiting for the response. Window treatment to “windows” are sheets. Bathrooms are very small. You hear every footstep from floor above. Temperature control is difficult. One room was too cold and one room was too warm and both took a long time to even out, but it did. <br/>Second, the pros:<br/>Bedding in one room was great. Sheets and mattress in that room was wonderful. Other room, not so much. Towels are great. Price is fair. Neighborhood is wonderful. Owner made it a good as possible but pics are deceptive<br/>Wouldn’t recommend unless you pick based on price <br/>I felt deceived based on the pics<br/>2/5 stars Central location and large, nicely renovated flat. Keep in mind it is at the basement level so there’s no natural light. However everything was great.
