Description

The home is fully appointed for seamless stay with a private entrance, queen size bed, upgraded kitchen, in unit washer and dryer, and has excellent light from the front facing windows. Hardwood floors give the feel of the authenticity of Dupont Circle.

Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item.

Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

Good stay. The Sojourn spot on 19th is much as described in the listing. The location is great. The apartment is clean and has all the basics for a good stay for one person... or maybe two. Bed only so-so. Service and support were excellent. Vincient

Great location very walkable coffee all restaurants easy access with stroller. Not accommodating with stair case having a stroller. Traveling alone this unit did not have any outdoor security cameras bring it’s in an alley way near garbage disposal and pick up. Was not a comfortable feeling of safety. Bed squeaks when you move. The location could not be better for this place! Lots of great coffee, shops and bookstores nearby and about a five minute walk to the red line. <br/>It was a little noisy as it is fairly close to the street and I didn’t feel like the apartment was very clearly marked, so there was some confusion when I arrived after dark. But overall, this was the perfect place for me to spend a few days while traveling solo
