The Tide Suite is a 2 bedroom, 1-bathroom, condo (sleeps 4) a short drive to Virginia Beach and Ocean View Beach. Every detail has been taken care of to make this a comfortable and unique AirBnb stay.

There are a total of one full bathroom that is fully equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap.
The living room has ample space for relaxation and has a 55" Smart TV with and high-speed wifi.
The full kitchen is equipped for all of your cooking needs and has a range with oven/stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and all cooking utensils and dining ware needed.
Access is by private door with door code.
Guests will have the entire unit to themselves.
Guests will have total privacy; we are available only when needed.
This property is central to all local Ocean View restaurants.

House Rules:
For the comfort of all guests, we have a strict no-smoking policy. A $500 fine will be applied if this policy is violated.
We kindly ask that there are no parties or events. Gatherings exceeding the maximum occupancy will need to be discontinued unless previously approved by the host.
Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM onwards, as this is a multi-unit, family-friendly property.
Check-in is available anytime after 4:00 PM.
We welcome up to 2 house-trained dogs or cats. Please ensure pets are not on the beds. If you need to leave your pet alone in the unit, kindly use a crate. If you don't have a crate, please keep all bedroom and bathroom doors closed. Please note that a $75/pet fee will apply to help cover additional cleaning needed.
We kindly ask that you clean up after your pets while outdoors. Please make use of the pet waste station for proper disposal. Please note that excessive pet hair may incur a damages fee.
For safety reasons, fires and fire pits are not permitted on the beach.
Fireworks are prohibited on the beach, as their use poses a significant fire risk. Please note that using fireworks would be considered a breach of the house rules.
To ensure your safety, we kindly ask that you avoid climbing or walking on the rocks along the beach, as they can be very slippery and hazardous.
To maintain a clean and pleasant environment, we ask that glitter not be used in the unit. Any glitter found will result in a $100 cleaning fee.

Personally, great stay for the price. Bedding and linens very clean. Great area and will definitely stay next time i am in norfolk Overall good location and decent value for our stay.
The good: very responsive and helpful management company. Easy to check in. Sheets and linens clean.
The bad: Walls are thin so you hear noise from adjacent units when people walk or talk normally. Quality of finishes on par with a Motel 6 — functional and clean enough but very cheap quality — for example, thin laminate flooring bubbled in some areas, living room and kitchen tables were MDF that had been scratched up from what looked like normal use, bathroom sink faucet not well secured and black paint flaking off handles, and bed frame made of thin aluminum tubing and central support posts were bent so the frame moves and creaks a lot from movements like rolling over or sitting on the edge of the bed to tie your shoes. Overall no functional issues, just cosmetic, but definitely not a luxury AirBnb.
Recommendation: 3* — would stay again if trying to save money, but if willing to spend more would stay at a higher end spot. I loved it great stay. It was a Last minute booking & We loved it
