Description
Enjoy a relaxing beach vacation in the fully renovated, OV Harborage Suite. This modern 750 sq. ft. 2-bed/1-bath condo on the 2nd floor offers comfort and style. Shared spaces include fire pits and ample seating. Please note, ongoing city construction may cause noise during business hours and significant water pooling in 5th bay. This suite sleeps up to four guests and has two bedrooms and one bathroom. One bedroom has a king mattress, the second bedroom has a queen mattress. Both bedrooms include full bedding and ample storage. The bedroom has nightstands, dresser, and a closet.
The living room has ample space for relaxation and has a Smart TV with high-speed WIFI.
There is one fully equipped bathroom with shampoo, conditioner, and soap. The kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils, appliances, and dinnerware needed for cooking during your stay.
All linens/bedding, including 4 sets of bath towels, are provided.
This unit is pet friendly. When pets are left alone, please ensure they are left in crates or secured in bedrooms.

We are looking forward to hosting you but there are a few things you need to do in order to make sure that you, and all of our guests, are safe and that everyone can enjoy their respective stays! This message also includes other useful information about pets, baby gear and parking:
1) Our properties are protected by Truvi. Please note that if you book a short-term rental (under 30 days), you will be contacted by Truvi directly to verify yourself. Please make sure this is completed prior to check-in.
2) Please confirm that you accept the following House Rules and Responsibilities on behalf of yourself and guests. A violation of the House Rules can result in an immediate termination of your reservation without refund.
For the comfort of our guests, residents and members of the Sojourn team, smoking of any kind (marijuana, cigarettes, or vaping) is not permitted anywhere in the interior of our building or within fifty (50) feet of our building, including outdoor spaces. Should our team or neighbors report the odor of smoke we will contact the booking service, terminate your stay, claim any and all damages, including but not limited to a $500 smoking fee, and post the appropriate review.
Parties and events are strictly prohibited. All Sojourn homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices (decibel readers), your privacy is safe however, noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay and are strictly enforced. In the event we are notified of any excess noise, music, gathering or parties a Sojourn representative will respond and your reservation will be terminated without refund. Please also note that all Sojourn buildings and homes are equipped with some type of exterior camera that records the exterior and common areas to include all entries to the building.
What NOT to Flush Down the Toilet or put down drains or in the garbage disposal - If found that these cause plumbing issues Sojourn can and will charge the guest.
* Cooking Grease/Food/Coffee grinds should never be poured down any drain, period.
* Feminine Products. Tampons and other feminine hygiene products are not supposed to be flushed down the toilet.

3) This is a pet free home. If you are bringing pets, please reach out to our Guest Services Team, who will gladly recommend pet friendly homes to you.
4) We are happy to provide both a Pack and Play and/or high chair. These must be reserved in advance and a $25 rental fee will be charged.
5) There is one complimentary parking space available per unit. Please note that neither Sojourn nor the property owner shall be held liable for any loss, theft, damage, or injury to the vehicle or any personal property therein, nor for any injury to the driver, passengers, or any other person, arising out of or in connection with the use of the parking space. 6) There may be times where the home needs unexpected, or scheduled preventative maintenance. While we do our best not to interrupt your stay with us, sometimes this cannot be avoided thus Sojourn reserves the right to gain access to the properties at any time, after providing our guests with 24 hour written notice.
7) There is an outdoor grill and a fire pit available in the communal area.

The street this condo is on is being renovated, so we were a little nervous when we got through the really nice neighborhood and then passed houses in various states of disrepair to get into this unit. In the end, that is not a reflection of what this suite is like, but worth noting the expectation. Don't let what's temporarily happening on the street deter you from staying here.The suite was very nice. Super clean, fresh, and comfortable for my wife and I and our two kids. There are something like a dozen or more units in this building, four in each entrance, and it was still a pretty quiet stay. The young couples below us were a little noisy around 10 but got quiet pretty quickly. We really appreciated the extra beach chairs! We needed to borrow two. :) This was a great option for us to be close enough to the beach without paying twice as much for the beachfront. There are 3 Norfolk area beaches within a couple miles from the suite, but VA Beach city is only a 20 min drive, so you get there early enough in the morning to get beachside parking. We had no problems with this arrangement, and it was great to be able to go back to a room that was quiet without dealing with hotel traffic. Reviews of the area in general are mixed, but I will say it was a pleasant area. 5-10 years ago it was probably a much different place, but it's been renovated consistently over time and it looked pretty safe. One more gem: AMAZ ASIAN Cafe!Would definitely stay again. Don’t reserve from this company. They will leave you for hours with out a ac unit and will not respond for hours. Multiple incidents of this . The got up to 80 degrees for hours before a portable unit was brought out was told 3 only received 2 . Was lead on as I was receiving a new rental for a hour and half then did not receive it because they needed to accommodate up coming guest not the guest there renting at time. Mold in the bathroom. The unit was described as a first floor unit and I was on the second floor. These look nice in pictures but the area inside leading up to the unit was horrible. I would not recommend this unit or company to any one. The believe that living in 77 and up in a unit is cool when it’s almost 100 outside. I dealt with all this on my birthday as this was supposed to be my birthday trip to visit family that turned into hell. The company feels like 68 dollar return from them and 200 from Airbnb is sufficient enough for a 1000 dollar rental with no ac half tim R

The location was awful
The location was awful construction everywhere. You could barely get to the parking lot. It said it had a balcony. It has no balcony and the neighborhood was very sketchy. Every time you walked outside you smelt marijuana. I will recommend this place to my friends.
