Pet Policy
This pet-friendly residence welcomes your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $10 per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. As much as we love cats, we’re unable to allow them here. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly.

it's worth the value and time went for the weekend and really enjoyed my stay would go again!!! Great location, highly recommend! Such an awesome place! Across the street from a beautiful park, a 5 minute walk to restaurants, and less than a 10 min uber to the national mall. Hosts were wonderful too!! The photos were significantly better than the actual experience. While the location was easy to find, the noise from the upstairs tenants—especially their loud dog—was disruptive throughout the day. Upon entering the property, there was a strong smell of cat urine, and the entrance was plagued by a swarm of gnats and bugs. It seems the tenants need to maintain their lawn to prevent these issues, as the same problem persisted in the back area.
Inside, the living room was covered in cat and dog hair and had a musty odor. The sheets were also dirty and had hair on them. To make matters worse, mushrooms were growing out of the wall in the back bedroom. Bugs were a significant issue, and there was a sticky residue on the tables, suggesting they had not been properly disinfected. Overall, the space had poor air circulation, which contributed to the moldy smell, presence of gnats, and humidity.
The bathroom was relatively decent, but the mats definitely needed cleaning.
