Property Access & Maintenance
From time to time, our homes may require preventative or emergency maintenance or during long term stays, a showing to prospective tenants. While we make every effort to avoid any interruptions to your stay, Sojourn reserves the right to access the property after providing 24 hours’ written notice. Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.
Baby Gear (Optional Add-On)
Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item.
Parking Information
Driving to your Sojourn? Please inquire with the Sojourn team to make a parking reservation to ensure your arrival is seamless and stress-free. Sojourn and the property owner are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or injury involving your vehicle or its contents. Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

Exterior security cameras on property
We couldn’t imagine a more perfect place to stay in DC. It is a first floor unit where the bedroom is nearest the street but Q street was very quiet so this was not an issue at all. This unit is in an incredible location - very short walk to a Safeway grocery store, great coffee shop on R street, and dog park on S street. We were unprepared for the challenge of getting our stuff settled inside upon arrival without any available street parking, but would still rate our stay here 10/10. The sojourn team was really great and accommodating, we will definitely stay with them for our next visit to DC. Regina

Absolutely wonderful spot. The house was great and well stocked for guests. The bathroom was spotless. Host was extremely quick to respond when I had a couple questions. Would happily stay again next time I am in town. This is a great apartment to stay if visiting DC, especially for a couple. Location, cleanliness, easy communication with the host made our stay pleasant. I recommend it for a one or two-person stay! Lohami

What an amazing space! Clean and exactly as pictured. Area is family friendly yet close to everything you need in DC and within walking distance of many amenities, such as restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy, and attractions. Taylor was very responsive and checked in often. Can’t wait to come back soon!
