When signing the rental agreement, you are agreeing to share this agreement and the house rules with all parties that will be on the property during your stay. This rental agreement applies to "everyone" staying or visiting the property. If you are booking on Airbnb, you will receive a link to the rental agreement in the Airbnb app.
Guest Verification with Truvi

Trust & Safety Fee
Our company applies a single, nonrefundable fee for a Safely Protection Policy. We do not collect a security deposit. A Safely Protection Policy (short-term rental insurance) ensures that the guest, the home and its contents are protected during the stay.
Property Access & Maintenance
From time to time, our homes may require preventative or emergency maintenance. While we make every effort to avoid any interruptions to your stay, Sojourn reserves the right to access the property after providing 24 hours’ written notice. Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.

Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item.

Exterior security cameras on property
House is in a quiet neighborhood right off the main drag. Easy walk to the beach (7-8 minutes). Publix grocery store is across the street and restaurants close by. Communication is great and responses prompt...definitely recommend. This was a wonderful stay. Nice quiet neighborhood. Few minutes walk or ride to the beach. Our group enjoyed our stay in a family friendly atmosphere. We had a great stay! Everything was clean and the walk to the beach was easy. I stayed here with several friends and we really enjoyed our time! The space was very clean and comfortable. Only a 10 minute walk to the beach! I highly recommend for anyone looking for a great place close to the beach!
