The main bedroom has a queen size bed, the living room has a sofa bed and we do offer one queen size air mattress upon request. From time to time, our homes may require preventative or emergency maintenance or during long term stays, a showing to prospective tenants. While we make every effort to avoid any interruptions to your stay, Sojourn reserves the right to access the property after providing 24 hours’ written notice. Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.

Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item.

Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet-friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. Pet fees are usually included in the booking, but if not, you’ll be invoiced the pet fee. Please let us know if you’re bringing pets so we can update your reservation. Note that some homes are not pet-friendly—if yours isn’t, we’ll gladly recommend one that is.

Exterior security cameras on property
The communication was good. The WiFi was turned off for the unit for several weeks before we could figure out the problem. There were many days access to the apartment was needed-like 2-3 times per week of our stay. We paid for a parking spot to park and there were many, many rats around the spot making getting out of the car scary at times. We did discover a rat in the apartment as well and they came to place a trap quickly. <br/>The washer and dryer placement make opening the dresser drawers difficult. <br/>Overall the location was excellent, and Sojourn was very responsive to messages or calls.
