Description
A fully furnished studio on the first floor of a classic Victorian era DuPont Circle building. The home is fully appointed for a seamless stay with a queen size bed, upgraded kitchen, in unit washer and dryer, central heating and air and has excellent light from the front facing windows. Hardwood floors give the feel of the authenticity of Dupont Circle.

Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

The location is excellent, very nice neighbourhood - that is the main advantage of this listing. The instructions are clear, and the check-in process is easy. The hosts respond very quickly, but be aware that you are dealing with a company, not a person.
The building and the equipment are old, and there are some maintenance issues. One day a smoke beep alarm went off suddenly, and it took me some time to figure out how to turn it off. I also think that the hosts should consider repairing the drain system in the kichen: the water goes down the sink very slowly...
Otherwise, it was a good stay modulo said maintenance problems... Beautiful and very convenient neighborhood, well-decorated and tidy accommodations. Everything as advertised. Checkout and check in process are very easy and smooth.
Given this is an old house there were some issues with heating (it broke on multiple occasions) and the dishwasher. Sojourn was responsive when there were maintenance issues, although it sometimes took awhile for someone from the maintenance team to arrive.
Overall, pleasant experience and recommend the stay with the maintenance caveats. The studio was great with all amenities for my 1.5 month stay. The area is lively, but not too noisy. When the AC broke down, the team was very helpful and it was all dealt with quickly.
