Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

No complaints from me. Truth is I underutilized the space because I didn’t spend anytime there other than sleeping and of course a shower. My only criticism which is quite small is the upstairs neighbors can be heard walking, closing doors or chatting. I suppose one more thing is the minisplits make a bit of a racket. <br/>The positive is the location is as good as can be expected and check out is sublime. Very grateful to have stayed here. Pros: the access to the water was unbeatable. And not crowded! Perfect! Decently stocked kitchen, nice towels and bedding. <br/>Cons: there’s a lot of sand in the house and the shower was a bit dirty. Floors seemed uncleaned. Also you can hear every single step the guests upstairs make. Water spicket outside to wash your feet could stand to be updated. <br/>The host was very responsive to some issues. I really appreciated how quickly they replied. I would come back. We had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless, very comfortable, and had everything we needed. It’s in the perfect location close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. The house was clean and great location right on the beach.<br/>Cons: the fridge barely worked, was not cold enough (freezer worked fine). The wall ac units made a loud grinding noise every 30/45 minutes. The water spicket outside to rinse your feet off was low to the ground and upside down so you got soaked when turning it on (needs a little hose attached so you can redirect the water). If these issues were fixed and updated this place would’ve been perfect.
