Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per pet per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

This lovely basement apartment is an absolute gem in Capitol Hill! We were impressed by the modern comfort, cleanliness and tasteful décor. The spacious, open-concept layout is bright and welcoming, featuring a cozy sectional that was perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The king-size bed in the main room and the queen in the second are incredibly comfortable. The master bedroom was so quiet and dark making for an incredibly peaceful night’s sleep. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, beautiful countertops, and a charming breakfast bar where we enjoyed our morning coffee. The bathroom was appreciated with high-end Frette towels and luxury Lather products.<br/>It’s a fantastic location to explore DC’s landmarks, Eastern market, restaurants and close to the metro. With fast WiFi and seamless self-check-in/out, the entire experience was high-end and stress-free. Bonus, no chores upon checking out. We highly recommend this home! Victoria

The apartment is super nice. It is located in a furnished basement of the building, but it's very well insulated, clean and spacious.<br/>Being a basement apartment lacks of windows and natural lights. Very well insulated it's very cozy and warm even during the colder days of winter. Humidity builds up in this kind of apartment but the owner keeps it clean and plenty of humidity absorbing pads throughout the house to keep the moist down and avoid mold.<br/>The kitchen is totally functional with everything you need to cook (salt, pepper, oil, coffee, filtered water).<br/>Getting in and out is super easy with a private entrance door.<br/>Parking is plenty on the street but requires a zone 6 permit from the city. The owner will register your vehicle for a reasonable small fee. Keep in mind that once you get the permit, you can park anywhere in zone 6 (and that includes also areas right next to the Capitol)... so if you don't feel walking, you can always drive and park for free right there.
