The full kitchen is equipped for all of your cooking needs and has a range with oven/stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and all cooking utensils and dining ware needed.

From time to time, our homes may require preventative or emergency maintenance or during long term stays, a showing to prospective tenants. While we make every effort to avoid any interruptions to your stay, Sojourn reserves the right to access the property after providing 24 hours’ written notice. Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.

Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item.

Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

We thought the area we great! and indeed it was. But the unit was unclean- i took pics and sent to Nicole the host. she was going to refund me 66.00 dollars" and give 10% discount on another stay..just to make it right- The tub was full of gunk- long chunks of hair and beach sand...dirty towels- bed sheets nasty..smell like cigarettes- she hit us with..a 500 dollars fee-and said we were smoking...and we don't even smoke! Nor drink!! we brought our own towels and wash clothes- we only threw around our wash clothes we used to clean her tub ..toilet an sink with...dust on the toilet paper holder thick as snow. I have the pics..And she has them.They tried to uno reverse me- to pay the over 500 bucks...saying we did that! i feel insulted. Never again the this company!
