Speaking of adventures, our house is a paradise for family gaming! Dive into a sea of fun in our sparkling pool, complete with a basketball hoop and volleyball net. Relax on the reclining pool chairs and catch some rays. The pool is 5-6 feet.
The heart of our vacation house is the cozy living area that features board games, plush sofas, and a large flatscreen TV – perfect for family movie nights or simply catching up on your favorite shows. Guest Verification with Truvi
To protect our homes and enhance your peace of mind, Sojourn partners with Truvi, a trusted third-party guest verification and damage assurance platform. You will receive a direct message from Truvi with instructions to complete your verification.
As part of this process, a required $100 damage waiver must be purchased during the Truvi verification. This step must be completed prior to check-in.

From time to time, our homes may require preventative or emergency maintenance or during long term stays, a showing to prospective tenants. While we make every effort to avoid any interruptions to your stay, Sojourn reserves the right to access the property after providing 24 hours’ written notice. Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.
Baby Gear (Optional Add-On)
Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item.
Parking Information
Driving to your Sojourn? Please inquire with the Sojourn team to make a parking reservation to ensure your arrival is seamless and stress-free. Sojourn and the property owner are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or injury involving your vehicle or its contents. We cannot guarantee the safety or security of any parking location and disclaim liability for any incidents. Thank you for your understanding.
Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per pet per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

Our family had the most wonderful Christmas vacation at this beach home. The moment we walked in, we felt welcomed—the space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully prepared for a holiday stay. The home had everything we needed for a relaxing family week, from a fully stocked kitchen for our Christmas dinner to cozy common areas where we gathered for games and movies.<br/>The location was perfect. We loved waking up to ocean views, and taking peaceful morning walks on the beach. Even in December, the coastal atmosphere made the holiday feel extra special.<br/>The host was exceptional—responsive, kind, and clearly committed to making guests feel at home. Every detail was considered, and it made our stay completely stress‑free.<br/>This home gave our family a Christmas we’ll always remember. Outstanding location! The kids had a blast! The house was large enough for everyone to have fun in separate areas. There was so much for them to do at the house and the beach is right around the corner. We came in the off-season and are considering coming back for a summer visit! <br/>Sandbridge is very peaceful and yet there is retail, restaurants, and the boardwalk just a short drive away. Sharon

Excellent location and views of the ocean on one side and the bay on the other side. The short walk to the beach was great because of carrying beach toys for my Grandchildren.<br/>There were drains on the hard back chairs located in the living room and the carpet on the stairs was quite worn. <br/>However, overall the house was as described with very spacious rooms throughout. Overall the place was perfect for a last minute summer family getaway. Great proximity to the beach and sufficient sleeping accommodations for all of us in our crew. Beware the a/c is very spotty around the house. The hosts sent us a heads up before we arrived but it was very hot/cold depending on the floor you were on. Also, if you book, bring your own fly swatters/preferred pest control methods. Flies were crazy but according to their description, it’s a Sandbridge issue rather than a house issue. That all being said, we would book again.
