Guest Verification with Truvi
To protect our homes and enhance your peace of mind, Sojourn partners with Truvi, a trusted third-party guest verification and damage assurance platform. You will receive a direct message from Truvi with instructions to complete your verification.
As part of this process, a required $100 damage waiver must be purchased during the Truvi verification. This step must be completed prior to check-in.

From time to time, our homes may require preventative or emergency maintenance or during long term stays, a showing to prospective tenants. While we make every effort to avoid any interruptions to your stay, Sojourn reserves the right to access the property after providing 24 hours’ written notice. Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.
Baby Gear (Optional Add-On)
Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item.
Parking Information

Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per pet per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

This location was peaceful, beautiful and so well put together. My mom and I spent Thanksgiving here and it was truly perfect, the kitchen came with everything we needed to prepare our meal, and the location wasn’t too secluded as we were still able to receive our groceries right to our door. The home was modern, up to date and spacious. I’m already planning my next trip. C

Great location near the beach. Condo was very nice and matched the listing. The complex’s pools seemed to be well maintained and the gym was very impressive. The Mexican restaurant in our complex was a bonus and there was another restaurant and rental place within walking distance. The pier and park was also within walking distance. Only issues we had were that the door code we received didn’t work when we got there but that got resolved. Also the grill situation at the complex had some drama as all the grills were put out of commission for some reason. M

Condo was very nice, property was dated. Pool area was average with no umbrellas and not much of a view. The area lacked any nightlife and larger selection if restaurants. The places were good. Beach was awesome but could use a beach bar and restaurant.
