Pet Policy
This pet-friendly residence welcomes your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $10 per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly.
Back Patio
The back patio is exclusively for residents in the upper unit. You are welcome to use the front patio.
Upstairs Tenants
This gorgeous home was built in 1914 and also has residents in the upper unit, therefor you may hear some noise from the upstairs tenants.
