The fully equipped, modern kitchen has been updated with stainless steel appliances. Each bedroom has one queen bed, soft lighting, dressers, and ample closet space, ensuring a comfortable stay. Enjoy the convenience of an in-home washer and dryer. The home can be situated with two queen beds, a queen with two twins or we can put the twins together to make a king. Please inform our team upon confirmation which configuration you would prefer.
The space
When you step into the space, you’re immediately greeted with modern, mid century furnishings that are thoughtfully designed to enhance serenity. The neutral space invites you to come home and relax after you’ve taken on the city. Sit under the warm lighting and read your favorite book with a cup of coffee or turn on the TV to binge your favorite series. The living area features a television, decorative fireplace, polished hardwood floors, coffee table, and an additional console for storage space under the television.
Prepare your favorite meals in the fully equipped, modern kitchen that has been updated with stainless steel appliances. Although there is a coffee shop right around the corner, you can also prepare your favorite cup in house before you step out for the day. If you prefer to have your food delivered, you’re not too far from a Whole Foods and you can use the exclusive Sojourn Grubhub+ link after you’ve reserved this home to get additional delivery discounts.
Get settled in by unpacking your clothes and putting them away in one of our closets with ample space. There’s also additional dressers in the room if you prefer. Each bedroom has one queen bed, soft lighting, and soft rugs, ensuring a comfortable stay. The home can be situated with two queen beds, a queen with two twins or we can put the twins together to make a king. Please inform our team upon confirmation which configuration you would prefer.
There is one, full bathroom in the home, featuring Sojourn’s preferred Lather products. We have either option for bathing, whether you prefer a quick shower under the rainfall showerhead or a long soak in a bubble bath.
Convenience is right at your fingertips inside and outside of the home. You won’t have to leave the comfort of your space during laundry day because there is an in-home washer and dryer, with starter detergent available.

From time to time, our homes may require preventative or emergency maintenance or during long term stays, a showing to prospective tenants. While we make every effort to avoid any interruptions to your stay, Sojourn reserves the right to access the property after providing 24 hours’ written notice. Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.

Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item.

Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet-friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. Pet fees are usually included in the booking, but if not, you’ll be invoiced the pet fee. Please let us know if you’re bringing pets so we can update your reservation. Note that some homes are not pet-friendly—if yours isn’t, we’ll gladly recommend one that is.

This place was excellent! Stayed for about a month, no issues, nice, clean, and cozy place. Sojourn was super responsive and able to secure me a parking spot for an additional fee which was super helpful! DC in general and this neighborhood in particular are gorgeous in the Spring 🌱 🌸 Mackenzie

Stayed for 6 weeks with our whole family. Host was super responsive and helpful. Lots of space for a downtown apartment. Enjoyed the character of the place along with the neighborhood. Walking distance to a dog park and grocery stores. We all enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
