From time to time, our homes may require preventative or emergency maintenance or during long term stays, a showing to prospective tenants. While we make every effort to avoid any interruptions to your stay, Sojourn reserves the right to access the property after providing 24 hours’ written notice. Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.

Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item.
Parking Information
Driving to your Sojourn? Please inquire with the Sojourn team to make a parking reservation to ensure your arrival is seamless and stress-free. Sojourn and the property owner are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or injury involving your vehicle or its contents. Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

Location and building were pretty cool. Kitchen was fun given the space available. Rooms are very small though. Just enough space for a bed, but you have to shuffle around the bed to get anywhere in the room. Unfortunately, we had an alarm that continually went off several times in the middle of the night for the first 3-4 days we were there. They instructed us to exit our unit, go downstairs and press a button on the alarm panel. Very inconvenient at 2:00am and 4:00am while trying to sleep. Should have been handled the first day, not after several complaints. Outlets have funky covers that do not hold plugs. Had to re-plug items in several times. Laundry soap was empty, fridge filter light was on indicating it needed to be replaced and there was a pretty gross accident/mess on the floor of the common area upon returning home one night. Price seemed high for what we got. My husband and I brought my nephew to see DC. We loved the two bedroom apartment. It was in a safe area and great location to the attractions.<br/>Everything was clean, orderly, new and uncluttered. I love the kitchen and seating area. The red brick walls add character to the apartment. Amenities were good and wifi was reliable. Contactless check in was easy and straightforward, giving us the flexibility to come as late or leave as early.<br/>Our host was very responsive. I had some issues with Truvi verification but it was simple to sort out through pur host. We also reserved parking on property so it was convenient not to have to find a lot and walking our things.
