Master bedroom: Minimalist design room featuring a king-sized bed dressed in high-quality sheets for a restful night’s sleep, wooden drawers for extra storage, cozy seat, side table with lampshade and en-suite bathroom.
Second bedroom: Second bedroom features queen size bed, wooden drawer with lamp shade and en-suite bathroom.

From time to time, our homes may require preventative or emergency maintenance or during long term stays, a showing to prospective tenants. While we make every effort to avoid any interruptions to your stay, Sojourn reserves the right to access the property after providing 24 hours’ written notice. Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.

Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item.

Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

Exterior security cameras on property
We really liked the place and the area. It is a lovely house with nice historic details. Plenty of room and had everything necessary. The area was safe, clean and fairly quiet, but you cannot escape the fire truck sirens anywhere in the city. The apartment had wear and tear (i.e the bath in one bathroom was not really usable, but the shower in the other worked great), which is a problem for the owner at some point, but not for someone renting.<br/>As a surprise bonus, there were mosquito nets on the windows! I was not aware that there are so many mosquitos in DC and it would have been such an awful time, if they got indoors as well :D <br/> <br/>We had trouble checking in, since the code for front door had changed. However, although it was late, I was able to reach the host by phone and got the new code fairly fast. Jackie
