Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item.

Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.

We had such a great stay here! The apartment was absolutely beautiful. I honestly wanted to move in haha. It’s in an amazing location, super walkable to local restaurants and everything we wanted to see. The host was really communicative and quick to respond when I had questions about finding the entrance and about luggage storage after checkout.<br/>One small note for future guests: there was a loud beeping noise coming from a box outside the apartment during the night that we ended up turning off ourselves. I saw it mentioned in other reviews too, so hopefully it’s fixed soon. Otherwise, everything was perfect — would 100% stay here again! Maniraj

Great place. Liked everything.<br/>Only few things that could be improved/made clear:<br/>1. Would be good to make it clear that the unit is on second floor and there is no elevator. <br/>2. We had few mosquitoes inside the unit during our stay. Was worried as we noticed some bite marks in our infant. Not sure what the host can do but if there are any leaks that could be fixed.<br/>3. Main bedroom could have additional room blackening blinds.<br/>4. Some weird alarm went off each day we were there for several minutes. Had to call and inform them to get it fixed. Fix was to unlock the box and silence it before it restarted the other day. Looks like it’s a known occurrences. Mariline

The place was cleaned.Good surroundings..I recommend this place to all .If ,it’s available next time I am coming back to DC .It will be my first choice. Overall very happy. Available to address questions in reasonable time. Clean place. Great for long term stay. Fully stocked with all you could want if you were to cook.
