Safety
For safety reasons, fires and fire pits are not permitted on the beach. We kindly ask that you avoid climbing or walking on the rocks along the beach, as they can be very slippery and hazardous.
Pet Policy
This pet-friendly residence welcomes your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $10 per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly.
We welcome up to 2 house-trained dogs or cats. Please ensure pets are not on the beds. If you need to leave your pet alone in the unit, kindly use a crate. If you don't have a crate, please keep all bedroom and bathroom doors closed.

I absolutely loved this listing! My stay was very peaceful and Nicole quickly responded to my last minute request to extend my stay. Next time I’m in town, I definitely will be staying here! Very nice, peaceful location located within walking distance to a quiet beach entrance. Stayed with my dog for five days. It is a five minute walk to the beach, which was nice. It matched the pictures. It was quiet. Everything worked as it should. Host responsive. The kitchen was clean, linens clean, living room clean, and bathroom overall clean. The shower curtain was a little dirty and honesty probably should be changed every visit. That is my only complaint. The kitchen had dishes to eat and a nice selection of pots and pans to cook with. Overall very nice stay! Place was great and Nicole was an awesome host! Very helpful and proactive - also gave us some good recommendations for places nearby. Already checking when to come back :) 100% recommend!
