From time to time, our homes may require preventative or emergency maintenance or during long term stays, a showing to prospective tenants. While we make every effort to avoid any interruptions to your stay, Sojourn reserves the right to access the property after providing 24 hours’ written notice. Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.

Pet Policy
This pet-friendly residence welcomes your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $10 per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly.

Exterior security cameras on property
We stayed at the place for 12 days while I was in DC for medical reasons. <br/>Positives: You can’t beat the location. Adams Morgan and Dupont Circle are a short walk away. Lots of great shops and restaurants. Check-in was easy: they gave us codes for the front and room doors and that was it. It’s reasonably cute and was clean when we arrived. Having a washer/dryer was a great plus. The AC kept the room comfortable on humid days. <br/>Negatives: The mini fridge couldn’t be turned up enough to have a usable freezer section, which limited what we could cook. Also, they only have a microwave and a toaster. They should consider having air fryers and instant pots available if needed. The space is small and can feel cramped with two people sharing it for days. Walls/ceilings are kinda thin. The WiFi was slow, especially when using the Roku. When we asked for another duvet/comforter, we were told it would cost $25.<br/>Verdict: You get what you pay for. It’s a decent value for a short stay. I enjoyed my stay. Location was convenient and there was laundry was free as well as in the same building which you can’t find everywhere in DC. I would stay here again. We had a great time and the location is perfect Great location-a lot of restaurants nearby and within walking distance. Also close to many other amenities like FedEx, UPS, grocery stores, Sephora etc. The host is super responsive even at late hours. The place is clean and comfortable. They stock you with a lot of shampoos, conditioners and body wash and hand soap. Checkout was super easy and you don’t even have to do any cleanup. I’d stay here again next time I come visit DC!
